The leadership qualities that Jennifer embodies were exactly what the organization - one that serves our most vulnerable children - needed. It’s the leadership that she will bring to the Unicameral.
Jennifer’s years of experience in shaping policies that strengthen the foundation of our communities, our families, and our economy, matched with her character and values-driven approach to working with others, will make her a great state senator.
I’ve known Jennifer for many years. In addition to living in the same neighborhood, our children go to the same elementary school and our families also attend church together.
Jennifer has dedicated much of her career to public service. Her experiences advising nonprofits on public policy, collaborating with Nebraska lawmakers and learning from the people directly affected by those policies make her the perfect fit to represent District 29 in the Nebraska Legislature.
I hope you will join me in voting for Jennifer Carter in the Nebraska primary election on May 12.
I am pleased to be supporting an outstanding candidate running for office, Jennifer Carter. I can tell you that Jennifer is all of the things that you want in a legislator. She is bright, thoughtful, committed and willing to evaluate all sides of an issue. Jennifer cares about Nebraska and our community. She demonstrates that through her work in the Legislature and her service in the community. She is willing to dig in, work hard and advocate for good policy.
Jennifer cares about the issues that are important to all of us; public education, mental health services and sound policies to name just a few.
